Pied Piper Preschool and Day Care Center is a community owned facility, which serves so many families in the Traer area. The Directors of Pied Piper are Julie Kaufman and Deb Schlichting.
The center is licensed with the state of Iowa, which provides guidelines for the numbers of personnel required, plus safety and space requirements. Any facility used in the programs are also approved by the fire marshal
